I have prepared a few pasta dishes that have not only been easy but enjoyed by a few of you. Well, this is another one of those 15 minute pasta dishes that you will add to your weeknight dinner list because not only is it simple and tasty but super creative! The sauce is so creamy and tangy that you can’t stop eating it so I highly suggest making double the amount and store it in the fridge. You can add it to your steamed veggies especially over potatoes, and even drizzle a little over your toast! Not only is it delicious but it is a great way to add flavour to your veggies.

Now on a totally different subject, I feel like I have been spending waaay too much time on Instagram lately. I feel like it has taken over my nights and so I want to try and take a back seat for a little while without feeling guilty that I am not posting recipes. How do you all cope with the pressures of posting daily? Do you have a day off in the week that you just turn off your phone? Thoughts?
