150g semi-sundried tomatoes

80g extra virgin olive oil

50g pine nuts OR 50g sunflower seeds

1 large garlic clove

1 tbsp white wine vinegar

To serve on:

400g Gluten Free Pasta of choice

fresh basil leaves
