Greek Salad with Radicchio and Peaches

Yes, it is Christmas Season and I wanted to send you all another recipe that you may like to add to your Christmas Menu. A few days ago I sent you my Fasolakia recipe and my Christmas Ham recipe. Well now I want to share with you this recipe! Let's begin by saying how mouthwateringly scrumptious this salad is before I even talk about how easy it is to put together. This classic summer salad is transformed into a whole new taste and texture with the addition of these three ingredients: Radicchio, Peaches and Honey. Super juicy, aromatic, slightly bitter with a good amount of sweetness - this Greek Salad with a twist is the perfect addition to your menu.
Enjoy!
